Uvex act as mucolytic expectorant, which is of value in achieving liquefaction and improving the flow characteristics of mucus. The addition of eucalyptus oil, citrus oil, thymol and camphor produce distinctive effect in alleviation of viral diseases such as Newcastle disease, avian influenza, infectious bronchitis and mycoplasmosis (CRD), overcoming post vaccination reactions and improving the appetite in case of poultry sickness.
In cattle,sheep,goat and horses it is recommended in case of bronchopneumonia.

* UVEX is safe when used in combination with antimicrobials.
* It can be used in hot weather as a conditioner to decrease the stress in animals, because it acts as a respiratory stimulant improving heat exchange.
Poultry: 0.5 ml per 4 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Cattle, Sheep and Goat : 1 ml per 40 kg b.w for 5-7 days.
Horses : 0.5 - 1.25 ml per 100 kg. b.w for 5-7 days.
