Each 1 gm contains :

Erythromycin thiocyanate 200 mg

Sulfadiadiazine Sodium 150 mg

Trimethoprim 30 mg

The combination of Sulfadiazine , Trimethoprim & Erythromycin ( a macrolide antibiotic ) gives the preparation a distinctive effectiveness against both Gram – positive & Gram – negative bacteria as well as mycoplasma .

General infections of the respiratory, digestive, and urogenital tract caused by gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria as well as by Mycoplasma (PPLO).CRD. broncho-pneumonia, salmonellosis (pullorum disease), fowl typhoid, cholera, colisepticemia, enteritis.

Especially indicated when other antibiotics and chemotherapeutics fail due to resistance problems. Indicated also in prevention and treatment of coc- cidiosis.
